when we talk of Indians, it basically means Hindus. This is very important as Hinduism (including all native religious) is the only one encouraging questioning and simultaneously keeping faith in almighty. Western society gave up orthodox Christian mentality and prospered during industrial revolution. Now going one step ahead are Hindus. coming to Islam, we should understand they have no achievement except where geographical resources exist. Indians and chinese have great civilisation. Both influenced south east asia. Before islam arrive in south east asia.

They are cream of india. Top brains. Not ordinary indians. No wonder they do well. They are used to competition.

I love my Indian neighbors and my Chinese friends at work. Indians are more friendly and prefers to mingle than my Chinese colleagues.

Chinese are too smart..........many are humble........and behave simple.....

True. The same with Filipinos who have to be fluent in at least 3 languages: English, Filipino and one Provincial/Indigenous language -- which is not a dialect as foreigners might think because they have their own linguistic terms.

Indians by and large prefer to be professionals and work for western companies or organizations. Not so much for many Chinese

Carl zha made a point about this. Indians are more outspoken a trait only the west value. We do things differently so western corporations wont put us in charge as they see our passive method as weakness. But results show, china is outshinng the west.

India's success primarily revolvea around family and culture. People are ready to sacrifice and focus on career to take care of yheir family members. Its a great motivation. Also native Indian's doesn't involve in religious aggressions. India's culture hekps them to adapt to local culture well. English is another strength for sure. Non violence is part of their roots, especially from Hinduism. Other religious people in India were positively influenced by native Indian culture. I think these are some of the points to consider
