  • What I didn't understand initially is when he says "when we preach we ain't preaching the word of God but rather interpreting the word of God." Upon second thought, I get his drive. Now, ministers preach and want what they say to be taken as though it carries equal authority as the bible. So if we understand whatever a preacher preaches isn't the word of God in itself, then we'll be safe from my "man of God says, and so it is". We will rather ask the question, 'is this what the word of God meant to say?'. Ps. Otabil is one of the preachers I don't get tired listening to. May God preserve him to be faithful to the word till the end. He's such a gift to the church in this generation. God bless you richly Ps. Gideon. You're doing so much.

Let's pray for this Man of God. He is the Martin Luther of our times with a crucial assignment to redirect the African church back to God. Most men of God will hate him. He needs God's protection
  • @whoisbehind70
Otabil seems to stand out among many pastors. The secret, is he always stays with the Scriptures and nothing else. God bless him
  • Now Pastor Mensah Otabil Is A Man Of God I Have Fall In Love With The Messages He Preaches Now, And I Thank God For His Life
  • @b.a8158
Thank you pastor Mensa, this is what I have been believing. This African mentality that says that our ancestral foundation is stronger than the redemption we have in Christ Jesus must stop. It is erroneous.
  • @mersixteen
I was once enslaved in a "church" (actually a cult) filled with intimidation and manipulation until one day I decided to read the word of God for myself. Galatians 1:6-10 saved me and brought me out of that darkness. Thank you Jesus!
  • God richly bless you for sharing the truth. You are a great treasure in God's Kingdom 🙏
  • @nanaba1038
Pastor Otabil is one great teacher of the gospel for our generation. Always an impactful moment to listen to him.
  • @pstgreatness
Thank you @Pstgideon for what you are doing. Pst. Otabil is an amazing gift to the body. In this series of videos he taught brilliantly without belittling any preacher or mocking anybody's message. He presents his message with humility and respect for all. He doesn't claim a monopoly of knowledge. He displayed a clear Christlike attitude of humility knowing that he himself is susceptible to mistake etc. I ❤ him. It is easy for people to listen to him without getting turn off. Some brothers come across as know it all and arrogant.
  • We, in Ghana have an Abundant Gift of GOD and must come out Openly to Cherished and Adored . Pastor Otabil is such a Personality. May GOD Almighty richly Blessed you for your Pure Teachings of the WORD.

Thus powerful and sounding teaching. We must go back to the word. The word of God must have preemince in the body of Christ. God bless you more and more Pastor Otabil.
  • @EvansMudaki
Wonderful. I'm so much blessed. No emotions, only sound word. Thank you, servant of Almighty God
  • @amalokko7823
Father God, thank you very much for this message which is bringing back the real gospel.
  • Pastor Otabil's concerns are justified! Problems with our African Christinity is that so many occultists and idolators have set themselves up in ministry and are busy recruiting for satan and making money. We also have problems with believers who have spiritual gifts but do not know bible doctrines well. Added to the above are well educated believers who have no pastoral training who occasionally make doctrinal doctrinal errors authoritatively that go to destroy all the vast good they did before. Added to our woes is the category of old time preachers in churches who stopped studying the word of God and are stuck with only one way understanding of the bible! Prayer will help us but humily to attend bible courses no matter our how high our circular education is, and constant personal bible study will help us. God bless you, Pasor Gideon!

We African beliefs that no matter what Jesus did was not enough...they need to do something and they need deliverance........so when you preach doctrine they will leave your church and look for where they are doing deliverance...is not really easy some of us teaching doctrine
