The things done in the search for good development projects - with a couple of mates who make it so entertaining. Big pond dam repair will be a goodie - nice clay too.

As a Northwest guy living with evergreens - when it rains the needles on the trees makes the water slightly acidic - pretty much killing everything under the limbs. Think turpentine. Kills stuff! Interesting prospect/possibility.

Love seeing tobacco as we grew tobacco for over 70 years on our farm in Ontario Canada.

Beautiful property!πŸ‘ŒπŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ’―πŸ’―πŸ’―pine straw kills everything! But you put it in place of mulch in a flowerbed and the grass still grows through it!

Chris I can see many hours for you in clearing a lot of that property just what you love. If Geoff gets this property your Volvo 350 will see a lot of ground clearing. The pond looks to need a lot of clearing around it to make it larger. It will definitely be interesting to see the two of you working together on this property if purchased. Best of luck on the coming projects.
