I just tried this and it worked great!! I was so surprised. I had a lot of tartar buildup on my teeth just recently, I’m not sure why. But I loved this method! As someone who doesn’t like going to the dentist, this is a great option to get that buildup off of your teeth. And I don’t think she means this for everyday use or often. I think it is for when you have build up over time, because it happens to everyone. And apple cider vinegar on your teeth a few times a year is not bad. Anything you eat that is acidic can erode your teeth. Just make sure to rinse your mouth out well with water after eating/ drinking acidic things. And I don’t have any tooth pain or issues, just the tartar buildup so this was really helpful! But if I did have pain, I would definitely go to the dentist. This is just for at home cleaning purposes. I’m not sure about the use of the foil in your mouth in terms of safety, but I’m sure there are alternative options for that. Yasss coconut oil works! My family has been brushing out teeth with coconut oil for 10+ years!!!!! If you don’t Iike foil simply brush your teeth with coconut oil and peroxide ( 3 minute mark♥️)

I used baking soda instead of the ACV but used the same process.. was unsure about the vinegar on my enamel. Worked just as good in my opinion! Thank you for sharing your DIY

Really glad I came across this! Just tried it out a few moments ago. I definitely will be using this method more often. With my first use it removed about 60% of the plaque on my teeth.

For those of you commenting on the foil, if you don't want to do that, just get a cheap pair of those rubber trays, similar to the ones for football, boxing, etc. They are super cheap, like a buck and you can pop them in hot water and mold them to your teeth. Then you have reusable "trays" as well. 😁

I must say I was incredibly skeptical about this. But figured I’d try it. I have allergies and can’t use fluoride. Using baking soda for brushing has left my teeth a little “unwrite”. I made your solution, and decided I’d just try brushing with it for a few minutes. OMG! What a difference. Thank you. Great post and information.
