Hi Jamie, I have a suggestion. Let Landon choose his own bed, bedding, curtains.... I feel that would make him happy,and allow him to have some control. Let him go shopping with you! Also, I wouldn't waste money on a shoe rack for his closet. He is a guy,lol and doesn't need one. I also wouldn't paint the boys night stand., it's not necessary, Also, a nice room divider would be great for the loft. Just to use for when the little ones are playing,and Landon hangs with his friends. I love the house you went with. Love to you all. Suzanne

Over the door shoe rack for Landon’s closet door and then buy a tension rod to place above the floor for his pants and jeans. Then he’d have 2 clothes bars.

Instead of getting rid of your night tables, put them in the garage. You're only renting for one year, who knows what your next place will be like.

Maybe a loft bed for Landon? Then more storage underneath

What about giving Landon the entire loft for his bedroom and relaxing area and using what would have been his bed room as the extra play area for the littles - I only make this suggestion because you asked for our thoughts -I hope you’re all truly happy in your new home making lots of wonderful memories,love Southampton, England x

Landon at this age, would probably love to pick out his own things for his bedroom. You two can have some Mom/Son time doing this together. This looks like a great place for your family.

Have been following your family since you found out you were having quints, the time has just passed so fast. I am a 75 yr old grandmother

For the girls maybe daybeds with trundles, another thought, as you are thinking you may move again in a year, have you thought of folding guest beds so that you can fold them during the day to give them some more play space. As they are so little they will still be very comfortable. It’s a lovely house and with playgrounds nearby they can still get plenty of outdoor time. They also have outdoor space at Skyler’s. You’re doing a great job, Jamie! It’s looking lovely! ❤

Maybe Landon can take some of his clothes to his room at dad's!

Great choice Jamie. Trundle beds are a good idea. I hate bunk beds,but sometimes you have no other choice. The sell over the door storage in closet. For shoes,ect. Love your condo! I was hoping that you would choose this one! Someone suggested a loft bed for Landon. That sounds like a great idea! Just like in dorms! He could put a desk underneath it. Maybe put 2 bars in his closet for clothes and raise the shelf. I think a loft bed and 2 twins might work in the girls room. They would have some play space under the bed. Good luck with the move! Can’t wait to see what the kids think!

Landon with a door on his room is awesome! He can cope otherwise💙 Think one year….. instead of jumping into bunks you already don’t like would be my suggestion. Doesn’t hurt for the older boys to use the other boys’ closet since the littles cannot reach up anyway. They will all be fine in the short term❤️

The townhome is very nice and the Landon room in a corner with two windows is a plus. I think you did it perfect and little by little you’ll accommodate everything . God bless you !

The house is lovely and ;you will make it your home.I love your attitude of making it work. I raised my children in small spaces without a yard and it is very doable with loads of park time.
