I've lost a 600 dollar sale. Local pickup only. Guy wanted my number and stated right on the messesg he wanted to pay cash to avoid tax. I said no thanks. Not risking my account. He told me off like i was a scumbag. Oh well. Not worth it.

About 2 weeks ago, I was approached by a local person in my area on eBay, asking if I was interested in purchasing their Jim Shore Collection, noting that I had quite a few listed in my store. I called eBay to address how I should handle this, since she was not trying to purchase an item - but rather sell me their items. They told me that as long as the buyer purchased an item, I was then allowed to provide my contact information. She purchased a random item in my store. I then provided my contact information. (after calling eBay again just to double check!) No issues. I'm not sure if anyone else has had that happen to them...just an FYI. In the end, EBay will benefit since I will list them on their platform! 😊 Great Videos Kevin! I don't miss an episode!

OMG! I cannot believe you showed the Kissyfur VHS! That was a childhood favorite for me and my siblings. Came on Saturday mornings at 6:00 AM and my siblings and I often talk about it and how much we loved it. What a memory! Had no idea there was a VHS out there. Now I'm on the hunt!

To my surprise my mother saved mostly every mcdonald, burger king, wendys, etc toy in bags from when we were kids. She gave them all to me to sell on ebay. It amazes me what some do bring.

I always sell ebay items on ebay. Happy to pay because the platform has done well for me.

These ppl that want you to go off the platform for me is a no deal. They aren’t worth risking your business for, plus sometimes I think some of these are bots checking seller accounts to see how you would respond. I get them all the time in posh, and my response is “scram scammer”

"BUBBA" brown is a good sport, even his girlfriend. You sneak them into your "show" they freeze and smile. First time I've really seen "Bubba" in well over a year.

I've been doing ebay since 1999 and have never circumvented their system or rules. Thier platform, their rule, their right. Just glad I have eBay to buy and sell on.

I.. unknowleably posted an item ebay pulled. I recieved a message from someone I sent an offer too before it was pulled. Within a week a recieved a message on fb from this person who still wanted to buy. I did not exchange personal info purposely but I do sign my name out of habit on my messages. Just always seemed more personal. Anyway yes I sold it. But within ebay there was no deal making or phone numbers or emails exchanged just me confirming yes it apparently was against policy and they pulled it. So I think I was free to do it at that point. Maybe I'm wrong. But they (ebay) can't police everyone's life outside of the platform in every way. Technically crossposting is selling listed items outside of eBay too I guess. Anyway, great episode 👌 happy hunting and selling!

Please, please, Please do a video about the McDonalds toys! I have two tubs full of them and I dread looking them all up! If there is a certain movie or time frame that is higher in demand, that info would be so helpful. American Gigolo was the first "R" rated movie my friend group saw! My best friends aunt took us and she put her arm across our faces during the nude scene! Funny! We were in 7th grade.
