8:51 Book-tok CAN be horrifying, I really hate when people romanticize stalking, abuse, etc... But a lot of books are really worth it! I'm stepping away from Colleen Hoover books after my first experience because what she romanticizes horrifies me, but there are really fun book-tok books I've enjoyed with spice but not gruesome and boldly descriptive scenes, (Shatter me series, Once Upon a Broken Heart series, Divine Rivals, The Cruel Prince, etc.!) But overall Book-tok can be a really nice community as long as you listen to recommendations of sane people 😅 4:54 WHY DO PEOPLE ALLOW THIS TO BE PUBLISHED 😭 AND WHY ARE WE ROMANTASIZING THIS 😰Seriously, its not "Hot, cute" or "delulu behavior 🥰" ITS LITTERALLY SICK! The guy on 8:51 has a point. Its not spicy, its straight up nastiness, I think that those types of books is what ruins book-tok for people. Literally
