They should never put a winning name on the news leave the people alone

The lottery forcing people to reveal their identity should be illegal. It puts people at risk simply to benefit the lottery for advertisement. šŸ˜®

Finding an honest attorney could be harder than winning the lottery.

What an "Insane Downward Spiral" where she kept her money, moved into a nice house and lived happily every after.

This woman also did wonderful things. She gave some close work friends enough money to retire. Class act
  • Over 55% taxes??!! They said she won $758M and received $336M, which is a whopping 55%! That's the real insane part.
  • The danger is fame, not wealth. Smart people seek wealth without the fame.

In Australia, all winners are anonymous, the first prize is ten times lower than in the USA and the winnings are not taxed. Much safer for all concerned.

She paid $422m (56%) in tax on that win? Why in Godā€™s name would tax be owed on it? All the money in the pot is from people who bought tickets, from their income, so thereā€™s already been tax paid on it!
  • How is that an insane downward spiral? She took it all in stride and turned out great.

That's the kind of "downward spiral" I wish would happen to me...

I drove Mavis once in California wasnā€™t sure if it was her but pretty sure. She just came back from safari and talked about it. Very nice lady. Went to Starbucks and she bought me a coffee, just a normal trip with a nice lady. Took her to a beach home and she Tipped me 50.00 wish all my passengers were as thoughtful and nice.

Rule #1, Never tell anyone you won the Lottery. Rule#2, see Rule #1.

She deserved her win. May she be blessed and use her new wealth to help others.
  • That was no downfall. She just made some adjustments to her situation.
  • If she was allowed to remain anonymous, I think it wouldā€™ve been a different and better story for her.

This video could have been 30 seconds. It felt like filler words to meet the requirements of a college essay.
