Fun fact: The Pilot of the 1st hijacking already witnessed 2 previous hijackings. This was his 3rd hijacking, at this point this was a routine procedure for him LOL.

yay it's a stickman youtuber that doesn't just talk about getting high in second grade
  • In my mind, until we know for 100% that he died, Dan Cooper made it. Without a body or on-screen death, nothing can be sure.
  • @Ercire
I love how all the thumbnails are so realistic and so violent and then the actual video is just some stickmen lol

14:04 The second man who was executed was Bui Giang To, a Vietnamese diplomat. He did not fear the hijackers and believed he was being released by them when he was brought to the boarding stairs.

I think it's worth noting that it wasn't just French military. It was French GIGN.

Fun fact:During Dan coopers escape there was a jet following the plane for what I think security reasons and when Dan pulled down the stairs and jumped out the pilot of the jet claimed to have saw nothing not even the stairs coming out.

Fun fact: bin laden got the 9/11 idea from a brazilian plane hijacking incident

Since I'm slightly familiar about Ethiopian 961, here's more info. Ethiopian Airlines 961 was hijacked by 3 people as the video said, but as the captain, Leul Abate decided to fly along the coast of Africa and by the time the engines had no more fuel, they were by The Comoros. Abate decided to ditch the plane (Ditching means water landing), but due to the engine placement of the Boeing 767, the plane broke apart. The passengers had inflated their life vests from panic or misunderstandings. The cockpit crew survived, but a part of the 125 victims was a famous photographer likely killed on impact. Footage of the attempted ditching was caught and you can find said footage on Youtube.

Let me get this straight. A pilot saw the hijackers sleeping, AND DIDNT TAKE THEIR WEAPONS?!

You should talk about PSA Flight 1771, how one man's rage sealed the lives of innocent people. Basically in December 7, 1987, a ex. USAir (or US Airways, a now defunct airline as it merged with American Airlines) Employee named "David A Burke" boarded a flight from PSA (or Pacific Southwest Airlines, and is now a defunct airline) Flight 1771 and took off from Los Angeles Airport, and it's original destination is San Francisco Airport. While in cruising altitude, Burke made a letter and gave it to Ray Thomas, his manager and is one of the passengers in the flight. The letter he wrote is this: "Hi Ray. I think it's sort of ironical that we end up like this. I asked for some leniency for my family. Remember? Well, I got none and you'll get none." He then went to the lavatory and loaded a revolver he borrowed from a coworker. The reason he was able to bypass the gun is that he is able to use his credentials to not need any inspections. He then exited the lavatory and shot Thomas 2 times. The flight attendant alerted the pilots about the situation, the pilots then asked what is it, shortly before the Flight Attendant gets shot and Burke entered the cockpit. He then said "I'm The Problem" before shooting both the captain and the first officer. Burke then pushed the yoke, forcing the plane to go downwards. By then passengers are screaming, but luckily there is one off-duty pilot that boarded the plane, named Douglas Arthur. He then exited from his seat and tried to enter the cockpit, before seeing Burke. Burke then shot Arthur, and which is also his last gunshot as after shooting him, Burke most likely sit and waiting for the plane to crash. The plane then crashed at San Luis Obispo County, killing all 43 occupants, including Burke himself. The investigators found out that the plane broke the sound barrier, which means one of the last things the passengers heard is nothing.
