Chorus:
Freedom's just another word for nothin' left to lose
Nothin', don't mean nothin' hon' if it ain't free, no no
And, feelin' good was easy, Lord, when he sang the blues
You know, feelin' good was good enough for me
Good enough for me and my Bobby McGee

This is the most talent ever amassed on the same stage. Could you imagine the price of concert tickets for this concert if it were today? These guys are just. naturally laid back doing what they were meant to do entertain. They are all in tune no fancy jewelry or clothes just a normal people. These want to be singers today could never keep up this is real country.

Kris K has got to be one of the coolest dudes on the planet.
  • Kris Kristofferson delivered greatness wherever he went; and through the darkness there will always be a light found from within his words and stories that spread truth in its simplest form, which is through honest and heartfelt music writing. Any artist who has the privilege of adaptating his music for their own deserves the feeling of belonging and the journey to greatness that is given through his preserving lines that stay great, relevant and true to this day and many more days to come.

My wife and I were there, and it was one of best concerts that we ever attended. Thank you, Highway Men! I know that some of you have passed, but I will remember you all until my final day! God bless you all.

I'm from the country across the pond, but to me this was the best country music ever. Play it every day.

I never realized that Kris Kristofferson wrote "Me and Bobby McGee!" Not only that, but Kris is also a United States Army Captain, having served as a helicopter pilot and a qualified U.S. Army Ranger. A true American badass outlaw!

Kris once stated that he does not have a great voice. He was quite correct it isn't great it's fantastic. He was born to do this stuff.

Give the piano player the YEAH for the DAY ???
  • These guys don’t even have to work to sing harmony together. It’s so natural for them to do it.

Legends on one stage, what I wouldn't give to have been there that night!
  • @lisamiller1699
FIVE legends to me...Mickey Raphael on harmonica was every bit as crucial to this wonderful collaboration of musicians. Music will never be as good as this again.
