  • Really enjoyed this video seeing a Dr. speak about eating healthy. Please go back when it’s warmer and his garden is all growing. Thank you

Fennel has a calm soothing effect on my brain when I nibble on it in the garden. And the olive tree leaves are so bitter. My parrots show a strong interest in them so I nibble a couple of young leaves several times a year. I know it's doing something good for my gut.

Excellent review on how to take back control of your health! I will comment up to 2010, neither the American Diabetic Association nor the American Cardiology Associations diet programs reverse neither Type 2 diabetes nor cardiac diseases. Neither. These societies , post pandemic 2022 have change and are advocating more plant-based food into their dietary regimens.
  • Move to an area where the food grows the most! I don't struggle. I move to the environment where things grow easily.
  • Garlic chives are awesome You can even stir fry Koreans call them buchu I need armed guards to grow napa cabbage The slugs wont stop Thanks for this john and thanks to the dr for a great tour Im so sickened by most md s after the medical germ theory virus experiment Its refreshing ✌🏻🇺🇸🙏🏻👍🏻

This was a good format, or rather content, but please make youtube shorts out of it. You could get many more views with a dozen one minute youtube shorts that highlight the critically important info than with a 30 minute video - so many more people have time to watch a one minute video than a 30 minute video.

Stethoscope for carrots? Stethoscope for cooking?
