  • Interesting as usual Tom. For most people the process of making a photograph is a big part of the enjoyment. People who enjoy going out into the world with a camera aren't going to stop. However, finding new ways of producing images can potentially draw more people into this area, it's bound to be attractive to many people, but I don't think traditional methods will disappear, the area will just get bigger - it's up to everyone to find their own particular niche in it. Yes AI probably will threaten some jobs as it looks destined to do in so many areas but it's too late to put the genie back into the bottle. I think that the main danger from AI is its potential for deception, and that is because sadly not everyone is honest.
