Yay!! The good news is you get to go on more trail rides to build his confidence! He seemed to get more relaxed late in the ride. I am so impressed that you can mount him with no stepstool...bravo!

Funny how the signs are freaking him out. I once was on a group ride riding a friend's horse named Rocky. We were out in the country, on streets and dirt roads. We came up to a stop sign,and the word STOP was painted on the road. My horse Rocky saw it as we came to it and did a flat out stop, with legs kind of splayed. 😂😂😂😂😂😂 I swear he could read !!! That was decades ago and I still laugh at that one.

Haven't been on a trail ride in 6/7 years. Thanks for taking us along. I have two Quarter Horses 37 & 34 years old. Have been their guardian for close to 30 years now. Miss the trail rides and the cow penning we did when they were younger. Miss the calm, mind clearing trail rides. Thanks again!

This is what life should be like for everyone every day. Gorgeous trail, beautiful horses, stunning sunset, fantastic family. Couldn't help but chuckle that all the girls are redheads and all the boys have dark hair.

I adore Little Miss 💞 and Apollo...wow...what an amazing horse ...my dad and I used to trail ride like you and Ireland...that was 50 years ago and my dad is long gone, but it is a memory I will never forget. Enjoy 💕

I’m glad you told us who was filming. I was starting to feel bad for whoever it was that was walking with you as it’s plain they are on foot. At least we know now that she is choosing to do it for training. And I love Apollo. I can just picture him all decked out in armor waiting for his knight to charge forth into battle against the dragons of old. 🐉

Apollo and Little Miss are God and Nature's own creatures, let Heaven and Nature sing. I am so very glad you are so calm with them. I think my favourite ever life experience is riding my horse at a walk along country roads, so very long time ago now. My big black horse long gone now 😢, the graciousness in my life.

APOLLO is a beautiful Horse and he loves you, if I met him on a Trail ride I would be absolutely stunned at his appearance and the way you are both bonded, I love Apollo myself because he has a good heart. I wish you both the very best together.
