***See Description & follow up Vid*** You Need This! Fuel Pressure Regulator Modification

Published 2023-03-10
***Update. I'm no longer using this part, after about 15 min of use it failed quite dramatically. Exactly the stuff I lose sleep over. I'm sure I'm constantly tinkering and upgrading because I'm always looking for issues. This one was in my face, car stalled and the manifold filled with fuel. Should I post the vid?? I messaged the vendor. He may have a thicker repair part in the works. In the meantime I made up 2 different gauge sealing wires myself, they just didn't work. So I stuck the aem diaphragm back in, its old and dry. Ordered a new one, hope it arrives soon.

Do you lose sleep thinking about your FPR? At what point will it damage your engine? Here I am swapping the diaphragm on an AEM Fuel Pressure regulator, I don't want any trouble. I once had the diaphragm on a Holley regulator fail. I caught it before hydro locking the engine but it took some time to clear fuel from intake and in the chamber, oil change etc.

I think this is the only way to find his product. Link to his no_play_industries and this regulator diaphragm, ebay.us/U9pq3o

Good video. Very informative. I like the close ups. Hopefully this resolves all the fueling issues for good!

This is actually fairly terrifying. I've never considered this. Just using a stock drilled FPR. Maybe there's something to these returnless fuel systems.

Hello, Can you tell me how we can get this new diaphragm? The original one doesn’t last long enough.

I’m here in the comments because I installed the no play industries one, and the upper hat started to leak after idle + under 4K revs. Set my pressure to 45psi. And saw a slow creep down below 40psi before the engine shut off. Was leaking more and more. Is the no play industries a fail? Thinking about just replacing with genuine AEM or going aeromotive
