Today I'm DEEP in the Nepali countryside to cook a village style Nepali food with the incredible chef and YouTuber ‪@KanchhiKitchen‬ . We are going to be preparing an entire goat from start to finish to feed the whole village (around 60 people!!). This is an unforgettable experience you are NOT going to want to miss!

Huge thank you to Prakesh and Kanchhi for this incredible opportunity and the delicious food. Nepali food has surprised me with it's vast diversity and unique tastes and today was no exception.
