I never thought "Sonic of the Colossus" would be what resurrected his franchise after all these years, but I can't say I'm displeased.

I've already know that Eggman is really not that bad, and it's very emotional to FINALLY see his humanity. For the very first time, I'm sad for him to have losing his "daughter"...

Sonic in this game is an absolute monster. He ran through these robots and tossed them around like he was at planet fitness. Sonic has never felt this unstoppable before. It almost feels like HES the boss

Man this game had me in tears once Eggman said that she was his daughter. Seeing eggman, the guy spent years trying get rid of the blue blur and with him showing a little humanity, I shed a tear for him in the end.

The knight boss theme is beyond epic

I got to say that they truly outdid themselves in these bosses and using Super Sonic to fight them and music to back it up. Just intense in terms of boss fights.

Out of it all though, I really liked how they gave Eggman development in his humanity. His "rivalry" with Sonic really being a game and that he's not really a bad person.

This is like one part Breath of the Wild, one part Shadow of the Colossus, a next part Metal Gear Rising Revengeance, and the most Sonic that has ever Sonic'd all up in your face. Very next level, Sega. Well done.

I just realized something: The Titans all hold the Chaos Emeralds on their heads. The EXACT same spot where Perfect Chaos held his brain. Not to mention how the pilots looked like Chaos 0 and the Titans sharing similar attributes to Perfect Chaos (The jaw of Wyvern and the long neck of Giganto especially)

The bosses in the game are banger. Literally it’s like a final boss battle for every boss except the final boss lol.

The small detail when Sonic got a bit scared when Knuckles threw that punch was genius, as it's a callback to that "Sonic 3 & Knuckles" scene.

Okay I'll admit. Giganto swinging its massive arms while Super Sonic flies away is some next level cinematic stuff

This game was my childhood. It's so nostalgic to see it 10 years after the release. I used to play Sonic Frontiers back in 2023 and rewatching some videos about it makes me cry every time

I definitely LOVE the soundtrack to these boss fights. The song for the Wyvern fight sounds like Sleeping With Sirens. I love that band so much...

The Wyvern fight is just so damned HYPED! There are so many moments in it that scream "FUCKING COOL!".
