Barry saying that the three words to describe Jamie are "makes me happy" is wholesomeness overload.
  • Can't wait for Ben's dream menu word association to feature a choice between "fish" and "pie"
  • @functionSam
The moment Ben mentioned "Paella" or "Burrito", you could see Jamie's version of Vietnam flashbacks xD
  • Once you're finished with the onscreen members of the Sorted crew, you should do this with the behind the scenes crew. See how close you get.

I love how quickly Jamie answered "how do you judge any good meal?" Automatic reply: Density
  • @MrEviltrick
Barry saying: "it's not unpleasant, it's just quite uncomfortable" Is truly the man way of saying "I'm dying"
  • @blueboltshrimp
"It's bearable, but I'm weak" Is such a great line also "makes me happy" is so sweet!!! ahh
  • @skilletborne
For how you guys get frustrated by Jamie on camera, it's nice to hear why you love him. I adore how he cooks and really identify with how he acts in the kitchen. Seems such a genuine, hardworking and great lad. He can be fun, but he really, absolutely tries at everything he does as well.

put the tortilla between 2 lightly dampened dish towels and microwave on high for 15 to 30 seconds. it will get soft and a little stretchy so you can wrap it tight like a baby blanket. They hold together much better that way.
  • "you make your dream, we didn't want to turn it into a nightmare" Ebbers is such a considerate being
  • @LadyMiir
I kinda want Mike to get his next simply because it would finish out the "normal" trio, but I also really wanna see Ben's and Kush's! (Bonus points for James'!)
  • @VkmSpouge
Honestly I think you could have given Jamie the entire porchetta log and he would have been delighted.

I found Sorted for the first time more than a year after the Paella-Burrito incident. After less than a day watching, the thing I most understood about the channel was that Jamie once infuriated every Spaniard with a social media account. I'm happy to see that the guys are still making sure new viewers will have the same experience.

Just realized that I watch you, guys, for almost 10 years...I graduated, changed 3 countries, got married, got a dog, a kid... And still watch you. Insane!

Baz's reaction to that spice about 12 minutes in, and the fact that they're making a spicy dish for Jamie, just suddenly made me remember the very first Sorted video I ever watched: the spicy burrito challenge when they were all wearing lucha libre wrestling masks, culminating in Jamie having a very uncomfortable ride home on the tube trying not to... shall we say... make a very public mess. And after that one, I'm almost surprised he's still this into spice!
  • @JaySay
I feel like you're gonna have to go with Mike next, because we all know that for Ben's, the cooking will be done by all 3 normals with Kush helping on the side! It'll be like the Valentine's feast all over again, but hopefully with food on par with the Easter feast!
  • @BotloB
At first I was like "no bacon???", but porchetta kind of makes up for it. This was a great looking menu, nice job. Jamie was right, it is great to have such friends.

Just watched Barry’s dream menu and was wondering when we’d see the next one of these. Talk about great timing! 🎉
  • I think it would be interesting to do a follow up episode where you make each person’s “anti” dish using the answers they didn’t choose. The dish should still be tasty but something the person would never order.
