No bank should be telling you that you can't pull a certein amount out. That's where the problem started and should have been dealt with. Especially if it's your money.. they don't have an issue with people putting IN that much.

Quick question, with real estate it’s more timing and with atm it’s always in demand are there any pros and cons?

ATMs get robbed . You get limited in scale and market where cash is being used less. People shop online. They'll go online faster than going out in inclement weather to get cash. Just not a top notch niche .

So if I wanna buy an ATM business with let’s say 70 ATMs.. do I have to refill every ATM myself?

How much did you charge as ATM fee? What was the maximum withdrawal amount allowed per transaction? I'm thinking of charging 20$ per 200$ withdrawal, dispensed in one 50$, three 20$, six 10$ and six 5$.
