Gas stations not only fail (all the time) but they are incredibly expensive to run (with all the restrictions, etc). My family owned a garage with gas for MANY MANY years (passed down from father to son {my step dad} and there came a point where they had to let the ‘gas’ part of it go so they could run their garage instead of pouring money into the gas station part. The garage did well WITHOUT the gas station but don’t believe the lies that gas stations do well and never fail.

You may find yourself shelling out tons of content that fails to generate a high level ROI, especially if you sold the guaranteed, no questions asked refund vs the project benefits that exceed the customer’s needs or expectations. 😮
