How chess.com cheats you on time

I always thought i was being cheated.. then i actually started to pay attention... then i recorded it as it was happening.. I was playing white. watch how blacks time never really goes down. this happened to me so many times no matter which side i was.

    yes this has happened with me a lot of times...just now I lost one game where my opponent had 24 secs left even when i was continuously moving instantly...this is so frustrating

    The funniest thing about this is I know this dude has gotta be from philly. Once I figure out how, i'm gonna post my game and it is time pack on steroids. They claim it's because our connectivity is bad but I watched my opponent Do it to his next 3 opponents as well.

    They do it to me ALL THE TIME! Either their developers are trash, or they added it intentionally, which lowers the app's credibility. Is it that hard for them to just let people play? Gah-lee….
