It’s Happy Hoppers’ Fun Day at school and Chip and Nico are excited when Mr Diggerty reveals that Ms Gnash has set up trampolines in the gym. There are three trampolining rules - the Hoppers must remove their shoes, bounce in the middle of their trampoline, and only if a grown up is watching. The bouncing is fun! When Chip sees Gigglish do a seat drop, she wants to copy, but the trampolining ends before Chip can master the move. The class enjoy a special snack time in the cafeteria and afterwards, Mr Diggerty asks them to help clean up. Chip and Nico go to fetch a dustpan and broom from the storage cupboard. Passing the gym, Chip sees the trampolines are still there. She sneaks onto a trampoline to try the seat drop again. Nico and Potato tell Chip not to bounce - there’s no grown-up watching - but Chip ignores them, hurts her tail and gets Nico into trouble. For rule breaking, Mr Diggerty insists Chip and Nico help Ms Gnash clean the cafeteria while the rest of the class play outside.
