I don't know if they still let you do this, but back in the early 1980s I used to work in Teton Village, and almost every day at lunch I would take the Jackson Hole Tramway to the top of the mountain with my bicycle, and after eating my lunch on the way up, I would spend the rest of my lunch time riding my bicycle down the tower access road. That was a fabulous ride!
  • Great video! Thanks for the tip about Dornan’s for bike rentals. The Teton Village gondola feels like a Disney ride because it uses the music track from the Disney ride Soarin’ Over California.
  • You all are wonderful folks! I really enjoy watching your videos. Thank you for all the effort you put into making them.

I’m heading to Grand Teton this week. Thanks for sharing your wonderful videos.
  • Great video! But I believe what you are calling antelopes are actually pronghorns, not in the antelope family. They are actually closer to a giraffe and okapi than an antelope.

And on top of all that, you can possibly get a chance to see the Queen of the Tetons, grizzly bear 399. On a side note I recommend hiking Death Canyon trail for a good day hike. Hike just a little past the patrol cabin to where it opens up to have some amazing mountain views. We were hiking back down and encountered 2 bull moose near the trail. We also enjoyed this hike over Cascade Canyon which is also a good day hike.

On our family trip this week and I have so enjoyed your recommendations and tips- thank you so much for your videos ❤
  • My son’s marching band (Jacksonville State University) will be playing the 80th anniversary of the D-Day invasion at Normandy Beach coming up next month! Can’t wait for you guys to go! Great video- as usual!

There was about a 45 minute for the boat shuttle so it's good to get their early or in the evening. If you walk to the other side of the lake it's about 2.6 miles one way.
  • Grand Teton is still my favorite place I’ve visited so far! Cascade Canyon is my favorite hiking trail, but we saw the family of moose and walked through a field of pronghorns on the Moose Ponds trail, so that’s a close second! 💕 And this was the trip where we met Matt at the SLC airport!! 🎉 We’ll have to go back and raft on Snake River someday.
  • My husband and I visited Bastogne and Normandy last August for 2 weeks. Lots of great museums in the Normandy area. We especially like the Saint Mere Eglise Airborne Museum.

Really enjoyed this video showing one of my favorite places. Think you would have shown the colors more vibrantly if you had shot them when the sun wasn't so bright. I'm not being critical, just speaking on what has worked best for my photography there. I look forward to more of your videos. Thanks!

I always get inspired by you guys to explore America. The Hidden Falls is gorgeous with a touch of snow the time we were there (in May) but the Inspiration Point is a bit disappointing. Half way of the 0.5-mile hike, there is a 'pullout' where you can see Jenny Lake with a bird's eye view. The scenery from Inspiration Point does not get better, and therefore, is not worth the effort to continue the hike in my humble opinion. The trail is a little exposed too. It is the historic sites that the park shines! For instance, the view through a window of a historic chapel in Menors Ferry is just like a painting with the Tetons in the background. The same applies to Cunningham Cabin. We also love the turquoise colour of the Snake River.

Awesome video and thanks for the guide to Jenny lake. We will be making a trip there in July and might enjoy the rooftop pizza at Doornans.
  • @davidlegge8303
Heading there in August. Thanks for some more great ideas.
  • @hawks568
Your videos have been very beneficial for my wife and i planning a national park trip! We are currently planning a trip for late August/Early Sept and are wondeirng if 10 total days would be sufficient to see/hike the big sites in Teton, Yellowstone, and Glacier. Thanks! Possibly thiking 3, 3, 4 (or 4, 2, 4) in that order
  • I have enjoyed your videos. I haven’t been back to that area since I was a kid (now 58 and a divorced empty nester). I am hopi g to make it back in Sept. I will likely be coming alone and would love ideas for maybe day tours. Thanks.
