MEGHAN Markle’s Fiji market drama was a “sign of what was to come”, claims a royal expert who witnessed the moment.

Meghan was being given a tour of Suva Market with Prince Harry during the 2018 Royal visit when her bodyguards intervened.

A Daily Mail reporter who was on the trip claims they saw Meghan “turn and ‘hiss’ at a member of her entourage, clearly incandescent with rage about something, and demand to leave”.

They wrote: “I later saw that same – female – highly distressed member of staff sitting in an official car, with tears running down her face. Our eyes met and she lowered hers, humiliation etched on her features.

“At the time I was unable to document anything as I couldn’t conclusively link the two incidents together, despite my suspicions. I have.”

Now, Channel 5 royal correspondent Simon Vigar has claimed the drama would have never happened with the Queen.

This is my issue with so many royal reporters — they are fully aware of, and personally witnessed, Meghan&Harry’s horrendous behavior but are too cowardly to call it out. Simon suggests several potential causes of Meghan’s deplorable behavior at the market, only to admit a few minutes later that she indeed threw the fit because a certain charity was present.
  • Megan had confused being a royal with being a celebrity, and she is neither.😂😂😂😂
  • I'm American & I'm totally embarrassed by her behavior! I feel sorry for all those amazing ladies who prepared & waited for MM to show up. Never in a million yrs would anyone else in the royal family behave as MM did. She's simply a rude person & seriously lacks social decorum!🙄 smh
  • As a Fijian, I can say that both Queen Elizabeth II and King Charles showed so much more respect for Fijians during their visits to Fiji...and then theres Meghan. Duchess my ass.
  • As a fijian who was in Suva when they visited, I am well aware of what was said "to have transpired"... and what I can tell you that it was all BS and a very big disappointment for the women at the market, some of whom were over 60 and had traveled to the capital the day before to meet her, most of whom lived in the rural areas of Fiji. As a pacific islander, disregarding our elders like that just doesn't sit well.

I met Princess Anne at an event. We were outside, it was a grey day and drizzling but she made a point of briefly stopping and speaking with EVERY SINGLE person there who worked for, volunteered for and a few who benefited from the services the charity offered. As she was introduced, someone who worked for the charity gave her my name with a tidbit of information. It was masterful the way Princes Anne took that information to strike up a 2-3 minute conversation asking me about what she'd been told and what I got out of volunteering, before thanking me and highlighting the value, importance and appreciation of the time I regularly gave the charity. She made sure us volunteers and charity workers knew our efforts were appreciated. She made us feel more important than her through our efforts. It occurred to me how damn boring it must be to do up to two events like that a day, making small talk with endless people, but she does it non-the-less because she knows THAT'S HER JOB and it’s how she can best support the charities that do important work for the underprivileged and vulnerable. The idea of Meghan readily doing something as tedious as shanking hands and thanking 200+ individuals on a cold, wet day is laughable.

You would never see Queen Elizabeth, Princess Diana or Kate act like this at a public event and the irony is that Meghan isn’t fit to even be in their presence with her attitude and behavior. I’m American, but I will never stick up for this woman. She’s awful.
  • @Zula594
She was disgraceful in Canada, stuck the tax payers with security bill, and left her “loved” rescue dog behind. Who does that?
  • @user-nh1ec1bx8n
Oh, please. She made it all about her and only her! Plain and simple. Proved back then, she didn't/doesn't have what it takes to be Royal. She and her husband are a pathetic joke and a complete laughing stock. Period.

Rude and arrogant should never have been involved in RF
  • @eveyrapp2078
Imagine treating women like that ,after they worked weeks and waited hours for her , then making a " woman's empowerment "speech. How can some people still not see her narcissism and cruelty?
  • @32446
Those poor women spent ages preparing the market only to be treated like crap from a spiteful narcissist. The only female empowerment she’s interested in is her own.
  • @apollonia6656
She is rude everywhere she goes, not just Fiji. Name me one place she's been to that she hasn't caused some sort of upset ? Pushes people, eyeing people with a dirty look, grabs microphones, on and on. Please, this would is beyond rude.
  • @Catriona-sx1oz
Meghan showcased her low level ignorance in Fiji, it was obvious she could never be Royal, she's just so crass and common
