OMG…I thought I was the only person on the planet that has to cook for my dog! You are so wonderful! I rescued a sweet smooth coat retriever that had been in a very bad situation. She stopped eating a week after we brought her home and we tried cooking everything for her. 2 years later she is doing better and eats a wider variety, loves us dearly (and we her) and is the happiest girl. She has a huge yard and 2 cats that she loves and play with. They are a huge commitment and a lot of folks don’t realize that they can have serious needs. I would do anything for mine, they are trained with positive reinforcement, sleep in the bed with us, and are part of the family. The love they give us is unconditional and unimaginable. ❤
