    以前隔几天没事想吃就会一个人或者跟家人去吃一次,自从容边成了网红店之后就没法去了,出品质量不如以前了,以前只要点了一人份的饭白饭就任吃,现在一份饭就是一碗了,再加饭得加钱,以前上午十点多之前去还能直接坐下吃,现在早上89点过去都得排很久的队,顺德排骨饭不止他一家,本身是因为这家比较老而且主要做熟客生意环境虽然差点但是便宜实惠,现在出品差了价格贵了还要天天排队,真就不值得去了😅

  • This is Char Kway Teow. Very common and famous in Ipoh, Perak, Penang, KL (Whole Of Malaysia) stir fried noodles dish. Common stir fried noodles : 1. Steam Fliat Rice 2. Thin Yellow Noodles, 3. Rice Vermilli 4. Potted noodles (Yee Mee) and etc..... Not the best, but look delicious. We have thin and thick kway teow like this made by our local chinese factory. Stir Fried Seasoning 1. Fried Lard and oil or just cooking oil. No lard, I use fried garlic oil, garlic mince, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, little sugar & light soy sauce. If like spicy, we also add in 1 tbsp chilli paste / boh or home made sambal belacan chilli paste with calamansi juice (fragrant). This stir fried noodles, adding vegetables of this 2-3 types match well 1. Bean Sprout, 2. Choy Sum Green 3. Chives. Bean Sprout put last for crispy effect. Meat ingredients: Prawns Meat, Cockles, Fish Cakes or red chinese sausage (slices). Additional some people like to add egg separate (stir fried). Choose organic red yolk or duck egg best taste quality. Traditionally, in the old days, we see uncles or aunty's stall vendors use charcoal to stir fried these noodles and add banana leaves on the plate for best results. These type of stir fried noodles can be commonly seen and available in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia etc....

    中國食在廣東省冇錯,廣東省人食野講究,通常家庭式或者餐飲業者都係求其水蒸氣熟食排骨.肉類.整條魚水蒸,但:冇乾蒸那麼香口入味,所以:廣東省人東莞市深圳市東門很多餐館都係算乾蒸排骨好食,香港特別行政區永久性居民餐飲業者就冇這種吸客心思,煮熟就算,食好不好食不講求?這就是現在的2024年6月的餐飲業者,食不食由你,只怪香港人返深圳消費,香港特別行政區餐飲業者不反醒自己的錯誤,這才是真正的煩惱,
