It's beautiful how the first Garden Warfare was hyper-realistic in art, the second game just.. kinda cleaned up the textures a little more plastic... And it all went downfall when BFN just straight up oversimplified the designs into little mcdonalds toys.

Tbh I loved the variants of each character because it gave you a reason to unlock special types of a character for battle

I wonder what they are gonna do with pvz next and if they are ever gonna do another gw game ?

Funfact main street was originally going to be in gw2 it was called brain street sadly it got cut and got remade into zombopolis

If i remember correctly all the zombies had realistic guns and weapons, but swat zombie was just replaced with soldier because swat zombie was just too serious for the game.

i wonder if EA knows GW2 is still very alive with its community and if they just remade it with some new characters and maps, nothing major people would play it and enjoy it better then BFN which changed too much at one time

Garden Warfare 1 is One Of My Most Favourite Plants vs Zombies Game

We have major issues with gw1, the game fails to retrieve saved data and all character cosmetics were reset. Everytime we started this game. And I have to remake my sunflower again and again. -_-

Now don't get me wrong seeing this kinda stuff is always cool, I just can't help but feel sad that this is all the news we get when it comes to these games

Swat zombie needs to be a solider varient

Ok I want to say with the concept art for gw1 it a good amount was known for a long time it was in the art of pvz book and it’s gw2 section it didn’t have all of it but the gravedigger and it’s seeming lack of variants that got it cut were shown as there wasn’t that much then the explosive moving hand which showed gravedigger and scientist having engineers turret all the vehicles map art the Zomboss factory no trash man or zomboni driver but the old wierd designs for plants except peashooters original but was in it still just Smally in a image that wasn’t that big but was shown later with the new stuff the blimp zombie viecles zombotany zombies swat zombie showing how it was an original foot soilder I’d say it is true it was put with foot soilder and it had the imp one but interesting it seemed to have a police officer variant as it was alongside it with concept art of full images it is intresting how much was already known not all the images but most of it I’d say 90% of all different concepts are in the book that didn’t get in with at least a bit shown but most of it

I hope EA does more shooters

Swat Imp was indeed an ability for Swat Zombie, and wasn’t a separate character/option. There’s a single string leftover in the game that refers to the Swat Imp, being a character challenge. “In a round, vanquish 3 plants with the SWAT IMP.” (I could’ve gotten the text a bit wrong, but that’s essentially what it says.)
