Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

  • Exactly one year with Lilly yesterday, I lost 39lbs and my legs are toned, no more hip dips, and I have my hourglass figure back. I also got upper abs... Lilly didn't just do that though, she changed my entire life mentally as well. I am so grateful for Lilly Sabri, love this girl.

WE BOTH CAN!!! i’ll do calculation in morning:). measurements: thigh- 27 in hips- 36 in day 1: OH MY THAT HURT day 2: it was much easier today !! day 3: WE DOING IT day 4: it hurts so bad day 5: were almost to a week !! i see a little A LITTLE different but not a lot. day 6: ya ya ya we done itttt day 7: we hit one week of doing the workout!!! it’s getting easier and i’ve gone down to 24/23 inches in my thigh !!! day 8: couple more dayysss! day 9: oh it hurts so bad day 10: donee day 11: it’s easier day 12: we got itttt day 13: doneeee day 14: wow , this burned . but i see a difference!! and i’m done !!! measurements : thigh- 24 in hips- 35 in REACT SO I CAN COME BACK!!!! i am starting this tmrw !

    Who else is try to get out their comfort zone and do things and feels muscles they didn't even know existed? At this point nothing is more painful than being sore from lilly😭♥
  • This tip sounds dumb but it really works: wear a cute fitness set that u feel hot in when u work out. It makes such a difference in ur motivation and how much u will enjoy the workout

    I’m in the end of my middle school years and I feel I have really let myself go. I’ve been so focused on schoolwork and other important things that don’t give me much time for myself. I’ve been eating really poorly and I’ve been going to bed at like one and two in the morning then proceeding to wake up at noon. I’ve chained a lot of weight and not just from growing. I’m almost 120 pounds where as last summer I was 95. I don’t want or expect to be that light but I would love to lose a few pounds. This summer things MUST and WILL change! I’m dedicating my time to bettering myself through these months to look and feel like my old self. I’d like to limit my screen time from now on and focus on the things I ACTUALLY love like reading and dancing. I’d like to start eating better too as I am almost positive that is the cause for my weight gain. My main areas of fat are in my thighs and stomach so I’m going to be doing two workouts from this channel specific to those areas. Let my journey begin and let’s hope this daily check in will keep me accountable! Day 1 ✅ The burn 🔥 is REAL! But I’m sooo motivated rn! Day 2 ✅ So so so sore, but so glad I pushed myself to do my exercises! Day 3 ✅ Didn’t have any motivation today but glad I pushed myself to do it
