If human rights activists are so outraged, then open your homes and share all your resources (money, all your floor space etc) with these "asylum seekers".

At this point in France, I face an existential issue (crime, islamism), so I cannot care about existential issues of people from far away countries. I care about my own survival.

A good solution? If you love illegal immigrants so much take them into your own home and take care of them yourself!

If they are so concerned about these people, why don’t they start taking some into their houses? You will see how fast they are going to say no thanks.

If you are young and strong, do you not have a moral obligation to stay home and fight against whatever tyranny exists in your home country????? Otherwise, you are taking the cowardly way out, and leaving all of the weak, and woman, children and elderly home to deal with whatever it is that drove you out. Stay home and fight for your country...Because no one else will...It's easy for me to say, but if you go back in history, every great nation has its heroes who stayed and fought, and died by the thousands, in the most horrific way in order to be liberated from tyranny. These refugees have not earned that right.
