    Morrowind was peak art style, there's nothing like morrowind out there, it essentially created its own art style, just looks at Michael Kirkbride concept art for it. Oblivions art style was a huge downgrade asspecally because the graphics couldn't even represent the euro medevil style it was going for but there was still something new and interesting about it, there was a kind of light sublime character to a lot of the wacky creatures and elvan buildings plus we also got obivilion which would contrast nirn in such a exhillerating way and the cherry on top with the shivering isles DLC made the game's style stand out. Skyrim's art style was safe, the look of the game is beautiful, it replaces the beauty of nature perfectly but the blanket dark and gritty art style gets boring especially because this game has been repackaged for 10 years now.
