When a former tennant leaves or is evicted from a property they never leave it as they find it. Always a mess with still personal things they had left. Garden always a right mess. Unkempt. So, if it wasn't for council teams like this to have it would cost a lot, lot more by either the council & bill forward to owner or a private contractor to do the work & also bill can be made to the owner if privately owned.

It’s a shame some of the outdoor stuff couldn’t have been recycled but I know during Covid our places were t taking stuff either but they are now finally.
