Wow, so now I understand why I have been so attracted to watch your channel. I showed up for a fun, lighthearted, lip gloss, romance kind of reading and ended up hearing you describe EXACTLY what I have been going through with shadow energies lately. I have had to release energies from my ex, a narcissist, at least three times now over 4 months since our break up. I am fortunate enough to have friends who are very spiritually gifted who each did this work for me. After the last cord cutting and energy releasement coming from him, as in psychic attacks, though probably not on a conscious level, but after the last one I have had to get very serious about keeping out his re-cording to me. So nightly calling for protection with prayer and using charged crystals such as black tourmaline and turquoise to keep out interfering energies. Since doing that I am finally able to sleep without ongoing insomnia and bad dreams. It felt like a nightmare for a time with his tormenting me. He is with a new person, but he got back on drugs with her and then lost his business. I hope he gets off them as he has in the past. But he's no longer my person to worry about. I also do entity and energy releasement work and so I know from past psychic attacks what it is like when you are dealing with an energy that is not your own. Jess - You speak the truth. You definitely feel like a kindred spirit to me. I go to some kind of pyramid when I do energy releasement work. I was never trained to do that, just sort of did it one day and became a habit. It feels safe to me and I am able to go deeper when I use this "portal" to tune into someone's energy. This last guy I dated made it so I would get a detailed education on NPD, ASPD, BPD, HPD, as well as attachment styles and more c-PTSD learning as well. I'm prepared to spot an unhealthy person like never before in my life. And boundaries are a breeze after the sociopath tried to take them out.

Wow that is deep, yes we sometimes do need to be reminded that certain situations may not look toxic on the outside but they are and even if we don't know the reason at first, it's best we don't get involved.

Jess I appreciate you so much. I recently came out of a relationship with a person who is a sociopath and narcissist. He fooled me big time. I see now, but I'm still processing the pain of it and trying to understand what happened. He cheated on me with a woman who is also likely a sociopath or narcissist based on my interactions with her and what I've learned about her. She enjoyed shoving my face in it when she posted online that she was in a relationship with him while knowing he and I were still together. He has almost no morals and is sadistic. It takes time to process that kind of shock when you were lied to so thoroughly and took a little while to see it clearly. Anyway, thank you for your channel. It takes time for the heart to heal. Not because I love him anymore, but because I once did and the betrayal of pathological lying, cheating, and sadism is shocking to those who have morals and compassion for others.
