No one gonna talk about how we couldnt even see a few of them bc of the mosaic taking over half the screen?

I feel like the no call in the Rams, Saints NFC Championship, and The Fail Mary are one of those rare occasions where you can blame the refs for a loss.
  • @ScarScream
Patricia: "That's a bad call, that can't happen!" All of the league's officials: "Hold my beer."

This may be a stupid idea but what if we gave coaches 2 black flags per half incase they see a missed call, throwing the black flag would force the ref to review the play... I know there's a challenge flag but we need a totally separate flag for no calls

If players can get fined for illegal plays then the referees should get fined for missing calls that are huge

My frequent frustration with questionable officiating calls has been a major contributor to my increasing apathy towards watching pro sports in any league. I used to be glued to the TV in years past. Of course, improvements in technology have helped identify boo-boos and rigorous training regimes have pushed the playing boundaries to the limits of the rules as well.

The no-call against the saints and rams, that made me soooooo mad 😡
  • The calls in Eagles vs Chiefs was nowhere near as bad as the Monday Night game Chiefs had vs the Raiders earlier in that regular season. Chris Jones was absolutely robbed of one of the best plays of his career and the infamous Arrowhead fans were so pissed that the refs continued to make up phantom flags against the Raiders throughout the second half in order to get out of the stadium alive.
  • So Brady has been on the right side of bad refereeing calls multiple times and it’s rarely been against? I’m so so shocked

The one call I hate isn't necessarily one moment or game, but a specific call/penalty: Roughing the Passer. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a fan of targeting or cheap shots on defenseless QBs. However, after the bounty scandal and a few high profile QB injuries (a Tom Brady knee, BountyGate and Favre, Vikings/Packers 2017 when Barr fell on Rodgers, etc.), the refs now call Roughing the Passer for every damn hit. Hell, outside linebackers with sack lists a mile long became some of the most penalized players on the field because just touching the QB could be 15 yards for doing what they had been doing since the forward pass was allowed. The rule used to be unnecessary roughness or hitting a QB who didn't have the ball at all. Now, if you push a QB too much, even if they have the ball and don't fall down, you can get called. Just put them in red shirts all the time so everyone knows not to hit them before the line of scrimmage. Just as bad is that they basically did the same thing for receivers catching the ball, but screw RBs. If a receiver gets hit a little too hard while catching the ball, its a penalty, but if you powerbomb a RB and then sit on them, no call. Since you can't sack QBs or hit receivers too hard, but can absolutely destroy a RB, the running game is basically useless compared to passing, since sacks and hard tackles on perennial QBs and receivers could gain you 15 yards, while your RB is going to be hobbled in 3-6 years anyway.

The thing that makes people upset is they miss the obvious ones and throw flags on the softest ones. Just feels like they’re picking and choosing when to throw the flag and it shouldn’t.
  • @UnknownStealth2
As a saints fan, the no call against the rams still hurts, I remember how pissed my family was, that was definitely our year
  • @user-cm2sb5lv1z
That defense of pass interference from Rams vs Saints game was SOO FREAKING OBVIOUS, IT PISSES ME OFF.
  • @johndaley4513
I am a high school ref, and I say, NO REFS OVER 50....they cant keep up
  • @adams8509
If you're going to show the KC/Phi play. show the whole play. There is a shot of JUju's jersey literally being yanked on. It's from the angle of the referee. It was a clear holding
