Care worker Kia gave 94-year-old Ken a cushion with a picture of his late wife and it's beautiful

Kia spending her own money. She gets paid £4.65 an hour being 17 years old. This has warmed the nations hearts in these trying times.....

Oh Dear Lord! I cannot imagine how this wonderful elderly man has felt about his wife going on before him. Him seeing that pillow...wow. Tears. Just tears of joy. I LOVE THAT ELDERLY MAN!
