One day, a woman with a disability went to an elite brand boutique to treat herself with a pair of beautiful shoes she had been dreaming about.

However, she didn't expect the saleswoman to refuse to help her because of her wheelchair. She tried to complain, but the shop assistant caused a scene and shamed the customer yet again.

Can you guess what could have happened next?

The sales manager is one of my favorite actresses and commands every role she plays. She really nailed the discrimination against the handicap role perfectly right down to the facial expressions. The young woman that played the intern represented what true customer looks like. Treat all people with dignity and respect; you never know who your entertaining. The ending was Fabulous; Ms. thing got what she deserved and so did the intern a great promotion!

This reminds me of a deaf customer I had when I worked at Dominos. No one knew sign language, so they had me take care of the customer. Thanks to YouTube, I know some sign language (not as much as I'd like to). You should have seen the smile on that customers face. It was such an easy transaction πŸ™‚ it makes me wonder how many other people have struggles in public. I'm glad that mean worker got fired. I was hoping karma would get her

I have a disability myself, watching this video brought me to tears . Because in my country Australia is going backwards are still treating people with disability with no respect. Thankyou for keeping awareness open of how we treat others. Like a wise man once said we treat others the way we want to be treated in return.
  • My husband is in a wheelchair. Thank you for sharing his side of the worldπŸ’—β£οΈ

  • I lost my eyesight in an accident 5 years ago when I was 19 years old. You guys just nailed it as I got some tears in my eyes while listening to it. The only thing I have to say is that if you help someone like this in such situations they will never forget you as I can relate it with my life. Lots of love and respect from kerala

  • Thanks for sticking to your qualities of your job for the handicap. You will be appreciated.
  • Lesson learned, never judge people with disabilities even on a wheelchair so please treat people equally with care and respect it’s worth it.

  • Great video. Reminds of the one Olga was in about workers in a restaurant treating the disabled badly and then being caught out. It had the same lesson that every person should be treated with same amount of respect whether they are disabled or not. Watching the nasty manager burst into tears and run out of the shop was very satisfying. Thanks for posting DramatizeMe. πŸ‘
