4 thumb size ginger
Mix of natural spices
Pepper to your taste
1 beetroot
Mackerel in tomato sauce
Tomato paste 2.2 kg & 400 g
Seasoning of choice
Salt to taste
Coconut milk
Chicken stock
1 5kg & half of Rice
