With many of your recommendations that I follow, Katherine , my GFR and creatinine have improved dramatically. I was on the verge of dialysis, 3 months ago. But now, I’ve been upgraded to Stage 4 and improving monthly. Next goal Stage 3 with better GFR. A sincere thank you!
