"Fight or flight' is 2 different modes. You have to pick one. That is why there is an "or" in the phrase. You were in flight mode. There was nothing to fight.

The very reason Yellowstone Supervolcano will never pose an explosive threat.

So, it happens all the time? Then why is it news?

I live three hours away from Yellowstone. No, those kinds of explosions do not happen all the time. Yeah, it caused damage to the board walk and left a mess. But rangers knew exactly what had happened when they went to check out the damage. It will be closed down for a time while they clean up the mess and repair the board walks. I have been there twice. Always follow the rules. 1. Wear good, comfortable walking shoes. You're going to do a lot of walking. 2. Stay on the board walks at all times. You're not bullet or boil proof. 3. Stay away from the Bison. They are used to people being around, but getting too close might send you to the hospital or the morgue. 4. Do not throw garbage into the water. The rangers have to clean it out.

Wow! This should increase tourism!! Wonderful.
  • They are not guests, as if invited into a home and then "surprised, they were in nature and that has some risks, especially when you "visit" a volcano!!!
  • 😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅 w-WHAT!?
  • Keep ignoring the sun and what it does to all of the planets.. and think that God is blaming you for His sun doing what it always does every 6k years. See how that works out for you or the young.
