Since its inception in 2009, the red ball series has had a very interesting and unique history. Likewise, the speedrunning scene that surrounds it contains events, strategies, and stories that may be somewhat unknown or hidden to casual observers. In 2021, a Red Ball Speedrunning iceberg was created in order to collect these various aspects and topics, ordered from most known to least. Moving down the layers, the light from the sun shines dimmer and dimmer, as the relative knowledge of the topics becomes more sparse. This video will aim to analyze just the first three layers of this iceberg, the surface, while the subsequent part will aim to explain the bottom three, the depths.

Honestly, Red Ball is my love at first sight when I played the game on Friv back when I was a kid, and despite that it has no story, it's has a simple premise. Now, we need a deep analysis about Tarzan Ball.

Unironically a really, really, really great video. Well-produced, well-edited, and a great showcase of this great community. Also, for any new runners out there, I highly recommend playing the fifth game in the series, Red Ball 5. It's a little underrated because it's not an official game in the series, but it's a very neat game nonetheless. Please play it, I am begging you.
