i loved this movie series so much that i have watched it 6times and i know its plot by head i can summarise it and even write an eassy obout it.the most amaizing thing is colnel austin sense of humour and durnik and alvareze who are both bad ass.please if you didnt like the show please stop ruining it for us who we love it.

I was in marines, a grunt 0331 in Afghanistan 10 years ago, we didn’t or were allowed to have cell phones, relationships with women would be a instant njp and extremely unprofessional but I wouldn’t know that since grunts were all men and there’s no female grunts, this show looks like the most inaccurate portrayal of our military in a combat zone and I get the feeling it’s just about pushing a agenda on people who are interested in what we do , but this ain’t it man

Guys this is not supposed to be a combat operating post just a forward operating post probably like Anaconda, it's around friendlies but ali baba are close by, it's a medical unit we do not put medical units in harms way, Can you imagine on Fox if 12 doctors died come on guys, medical units are not put in harm's way but they are still in Afghanistan so it's a cool TV show because this is realistic trust me I've been to one.

In the original series there is actually a black guy, the only black guy in the whole base. And in the israeli original series makes total sense because the original series is a criticism on the actual israeli society which is kinda racist towards blacks.

Yaaaay a movie about us in Afghanistan. Why are we there again? Oh right it’s so Cooper and his pals can learn some life lessons and grow as young men. (Cooper loses life or limb, his pals get disenchanted and begin stabbing civilians). But at least they got the oil... I’m sorry what is this movie about?
