Venice, Beach California the craziest beach in the world every day is different, never the same. you will always find something new happening, artist, performers at its best, best skaters and surfers in the world. While I was there, I thought it was appropriate to match up scenes from the famous Barbie movie, which was partly filmed in Venice thereβs so much to see.

I've been in horrible pain for 3 months and awaiting a second very involved back surgery and kind of miserable and your videos always cheer me up. I lived in Southern California when I was a kid many years ago, I'm a few years older than you GIV. I went back to visit four years ago and I absolutely love California and it is where my heart is and if I had more money and wasn't so crippled up, I would definitely move back there. There's nowhere else like it. Thanks for what you do, I'm sure I'm not the only person who lives vicariously through you and just enjoys your videos whether it's something special and specific or just you hanging out in Venice Beach. Always puts a smile on my face.

Great video of the whole scene! I grew up here during the late 60s and the entire 1970s. I was a local surfer and artist. I remember Pacific Ocean Park (P.O.P.), the creation of Marina Del Rey from the wetlands where I used to explore, and the construction of the Venice Pier. I really appreciate you showing the scene down by the shoreline. My favorite local surf spot was the north side of the Venice Breakwater.
