I dug as hard as I could to find the weird and forgotten stuff but I know y'all are gonna have the best stuff, so let me have it. Show me something neat!

I gotta say, for N64 those weapon models in that The World is not Enough game look really damn good.

I rented snowboard kids 1 and 2 quite a lot as a kid. Had a ton of fun playing with friends and mastering the rocket powered snowboard. That traffic jam at the bottom of the hill was such a tense moment and I loved it.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that remembers Hybrid Heaven. Specifically went out of my way to get the N64 expansion pak as a kid to make the game look better XD I just remember being amazed at how great the plot and story sequences were.

It seems like I lived a completely different childhood from the rest of my friends whenever we talk about N64. All my games were stuff like Mischief Makers or Chameleon Twist or Space Station Silicon Valley. Whenever I try to explain Buck Bumble to them they look at me like I'm insane
  • My dude you aren’t the only one with fond memories of BattleTanx I would rent this game so many times from Blockbuster back in the day and loved having friends come over and play this game with me!! It was so fun!!

ahhhh Snowboard Kids is a total classic. it's brutally hard for newbies and is still the only game my older siblings can crush me in

A weird and cool 64 game that has been long since forgotten about for me is Fighter's Destiny. It's a 3-D fighter with a traditional cast, but a non-traditional gameplay style. Instead of depleting a health bar, you're gunning for points like a traditional karate match. Punches and kicks aren't worth a lot, but a throw or ring out is worth a few, and a throw-counter is worth a bunch. Fun game. And you can play as a cow. Not a cow person, just a cow standing on its hind legs and doing sick martial arts.

“The World Is Not Enough” is a top tier game. One of my favorite N64 games.

Weird forgotten N64 games are definitely something I’m super fascinated in.

I heard the mention of Space Station Silicon Valley and you just triggered childhood memories. Chameleon Twist was also amazing. A game I recall playing that was really weird was Wetrix.
  • I'm glad Tetrisphere was included, it's an incredible game. The soundtrack is amazing, and probably the most CD-like sounding on the N64.

I'm just glad that someone is talking about the 64. It was the very first console I ever played, in 2003-4 when the Xbox, GC, and PS2 were all out. 😂
  • I've played iggy. I forgot about iggy. I want to forget about iggy again.

Sucker Punch is one of my favorite video game developers because what they lack in number of games they've made, they more than make up for in the quality of each one. They use every second of the numerous years they take to make a game and turn in some pretty brilliant stuff! I don't have that many favorite game companies because I typically enjoy various games from wildly differing developers because the games matter more than the companies that make them. That being said, Sucker Punch is a company I often associate with quality, so my curiosity is automatically peaked when their name enters a conversation about upcoming games.

Mystical Ninja Starring Goemon is one of my fav games on the N64 ever. It’s the feudal Japan version of OoT! With switching characters!? Fun AF! I always talk about it to friends and I always use the Giant Robo battles to entice them. Doesn’t work, at all, but I think one day it will
  • @Zerio105
Legitimately got really excited when you brought up Rocket: Robot on Wheels. That game's always been one of my favorites and it's awesome to see it get recognition. Personally, I was always more scared of the elevator thing that takes you to the second floor and the entirety of Food Fright than Whoopie's face, lmao.
  • @kelly2001
As a fellow hipster kid, it makes me so happy to see someone talking about Iggy, Rocket, and Goemon! Looking forward to learning more about Second Attack—it was always fun to try and get all the different Pommy transformations.

I...actually played Iggy's Wrecking Ball. It was one of those games I never owned but would rent 30 times from Blockbuster whenever it was there...which was always because look at it.
