Heliobi, Baiheng, and the Oroboros | The Hearts Theory

one thing i love about hoyo's designs is that seemingly every aspect is thought out and means something. maybe this is coincidental, but i seriously would not be surprised if it wasn't. it just makes sense, given their track record!

I feel like now with the hindsight we get from Acheron, the black hole we see with Dan Heng and the arms grabbing at him has a connection to the Nihility? I saw some theories about the Nihility and Voracity being the same aeon, for the least there seems to be a linkage.

This is a really interesting theory. The heart symbols really are striking and the theory about Baiheng seems so close in grasp it also adds a layer to her character I haven't seen explored. Looking forward to hopefully getting more information down the line. :yougotthis:

Brilliant! I feel like youre really onto something. I got goosebumps throughout the whole video because i feel like as i was playing throughout 1.5 that theres something more that we could extract from the whole narrative surrounding the heliobi. All that time i was thinking it mightve been related to the high cloud quintet but i just couldnt piece it together. Not until i saw this video regarding baiheng. I mean its still just a theory but im fully onboard. I have never seen that fansong of DHIL so thank you for that. Just one more crumb from hoyo that i could go insane over. Id love to hear more of your thoughts around blade could be or could not possibly be nanook. Ive heard about it in passing but i just never thought more of it because then that would just be insane.... but now since you brought it up i really wanna know what your le cooking.
