I lost my wife to suicide just 4 days after her 37th birthday. It's almost one year later and I still can't get over it. In top of that, my sister was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and is really sick. My faith has really been tested but God showed this song to remind me that both he and my wife are with me always. ok... i was in a dark place... literally.. i live in portland or.. constantly returning to a toxic relationship... financial bondage... family problems... One day driving fr work i was at my witts end.. i cried out to Him... Please forgive me... help me change... Please give me a sign You heard me... i look up at the clouds and rain and the sky clears.. i ask is that for me Lord? i turn up the radio and hear the hook.. LightLightLight up the sky to show me You are with me... i get chills thinking of His love and forgiveness!!!

After being lost for over a year, I finally feel like I'm being called back to God. I'd been feeling closer and closer to Him lately and today He provided me with everything I needed, like a shining light that was looking after me. I was searching for my old pastor that transferred to another church, and I found him today. I needed cash so I could take the bus home and God provided. I was in a situation with the government and God showed me the path out. And I needed a song to reaffirm my faith in God and He led me here. I only pray that I can find the strength to break my sinful habits and to keep God always at the forefront of my mind.

This song is very beautiful! It has very good lyrics. We are blessed to have a band group like The Afters! They are a great group! They are leading the next generation of people to Christ! It is important to support those that will guide the next generation and generations to come!! Hopefully they will impact the music industry for a long time.
