This is an event found back in Gen 4 that allows you to use your event* Pikachu-colored (shiny) Pichu to get a Spiky-Eared Pichu at the Shrine in the Ilex Forest. Just a fun and cool little thing to do.

Hey um I really want a Spikey Eared Pichu That's my fav Pokemon so seince u have a cheat code a action replay maybe I could have one of your shiny Pichus to do the event but it would be nice if I could have a shiny Spikey Eared Pichu because the shiny Spikey Eared one exist in the games data but it goes unused tho, so maybe if u can do ur action reply and maybe I could have your discord eh?
