this dude better not go anywhere near college station or he’s toast
  • @StrueSlies
Why should any of the players or coaches at Texas believe anything he says. That guy has NO creditability now.
  • His bold lies in the presser will not soon be forgotten. Prospects take note, this is one way to galvanize the SEC (and entire media landscape) against you! I'm glad everyone gets to see first hand the kind of classless bravado we had to put up with for years in the Big 12.

Zero integrity! Should have zero credibility with players, families, and the public. A total fraud.
  • That guy is a joke. Gets upset about the question meanwhile it was the right question to ask at the perfect time.
  • I didn’t realize Benedict Arnold was a baseball coach in Texas.
  • @MM33003
    Grade-A gaslighting right there.
  • @oukeith
Reminds me of Lincoln Riley leaving Oklahoma
  • @JourdanChaney
The mad dog close up when he is ranting makes this 100 times funnier
  • Lane Kiffen did the same thing ,Karma caught up with him and i really hope it catches up to Schloss!! From a Volsl fan Aggie players were sold out!!😢
  • Jimbo is now the second hated dude in college station history 😂😂… us Aggie fans need a break dude 😂
  • I bet he has been secretly recruiting for TX. Word is that TX recruits had been told he was coming. He simply should have said I’m not going to address that question. We just lost the championship.
  • We get it, in all sports, this happens. A coach will say one thing when questions are brought out, and not because the media member wanted to, but its his job to, and we see this all the time, coaches in the heat of the moment say something regrettable, and has to backtrack a day later after cooler heads prevail to backtrack his statements or to answer it a better way. But get real here, this coach was already lined up to exit A&M before he even was asked this and to basically lambasting that media member for it, then come out the next day, and try to apologize for it directly to him and it wasnt so much an apology, but basically a backhanded apology because he was already signed at Texas and to come out and say, i should have had a better answer or statement. Coaches are asked these things after a high profile school has the opening for the job and your rumored as the recipient to replace that vacancy. The least he should have done was wait til the next day to officially announce your exiting Texas A&M and not literally hours after your loss, to get the chance to tell your players your leaving. On top of that, you don't even make a public announcement your leaving Texas A&M but leave an e-mail to the school stating your going to Texas, is downright cowardice on his part after basically bullying the media and adamantly telling the media your never leaving the program then can't even tell the program you are face to face, because you don't want to face the backlash from those comments you made the very night you lose the CWS. This is pathetic on his part and should never be trusted as a coach ever again after that.

This is why I am all for students getting their money and leaving when they want. All he had to say was “no comment.”
