Over the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing more on how Rudnik came to be the amazing boy he is today.
I think his story would shock many, to know that such a gorgeous boy wasn’t wanted by anyone except someone who would only care about him for his meat.
There’s so many horses that are shipped out to slaughter every single day, and I don’t think people realize this applies to ALL horses. Not just the old, sick and weak ones.
So this is the start of Rudniks story. How he went from the terrified little colt at auction, to finding his forever home with me.
It isn’t a short story, or an easy one to tell. It’s been a long 5 years to get to where we are today. But the first year was full of struggles, and is what has made our bond now, so much more amazing.
