Kush is 100% correct when he said "Always thank your staff". Too often overlooked in loads of places.

I'm so glad that Kush is in front of the camera these days. He's got such great energy in addition to his culinary vision and technique

The face of Barry who didn't expect winning that apron would come with actually having to do the job of a sous chef 🤣🤣🤣
  • @noangelthis
I love that despite Kush heckling Barry about the sous-chef title, he doesn't stop guiding, encouraging Barry throughout the the process, and gives Barry full credit for the chicken fritters. This team is the opposite of toxic work culture and toxic interpersonal relationships!
  • @rejamrejam
the way he just throws the chips into the spinach without even hesitating lmao
  • @shllybkwrm
I love the overhead shot of the rolled pasta where the stove is completely empty with all the burners on 😂 5:48

Kush is so relaxed, and I think it made Barry anxious haha I love Kush taking advantage of being able to chop on the work surface while Ben is away.
  • @Isanion
Watching Kush work I'm beginning to wonder if he actually knows how to cook, or if there's a ghost of a Michelin Starred chef living in his head and it just whispers instructions to him. Because he never seems to have any clue where he's going or what he's doing, but it turns out incredible anyway.
  • @elpukito
I get the feeling the sous-chef apron may be both a blessing and a curse for Barry.

Kush is an amazing edition to the team. No recipe, no time to plan. He has to work purely off instinct, but still takes the time to guide and teach Barry along the way.

I love how Kush says, I taste it in my head! As a chef I appreciate that because ppl don’t understand that knowledge.
  • @8:32 🤣😂😅It's not burning, it's called flavour. 😅😂🤣 And that's why we love
  • @TanukiSC
When Kush said Captain Spaff wasn’t there for him, I think Baz took that literally and decided he had to snack on EVERYTHING the entire time! 😂😂😂
  • @MrCubberMTL
Just to clarify, in Canada, KFC restaurants in mostly EN provinces are still called KFC. In FR provinces (like Quebec), you are correct, it's PFK, which is the translation of KFC (PFK). Poulet frit = Fried chicken; and in FR the F stands for fried, not frites (fries/chips) :)
  • @clobsentinel
It's fun to see Kush slowly speeding up the more he gets into the swing of things. Brilliant Video guys.
  • @SamKemp54
This would of been great as a "fool Ebbers" style video... maybe the next one should be all the ingredients were ordered from fast food places and transformed
  • @loriegabidel
My new motto is "it's not burning, it's called flavor."
  • @BiggieZee
Seriously all kinds of brilliant! Love how Kush’s brain works and Baz trying to keep up with the insanity 😂👏🏼👏🏼
  • @deebeeeff
Would like to see Kush make a gourmet dinner from a full - and I do mean FULL - English breakfast.
