It's ironic that Damian spends all injustice complaning that Batman compassion makes him weak and that criminals shouldn't be allowed to live but doesn't even realize that it was because of his values that Bruce accept him to be Robin, beliving he could help Damian become better than a killer.

Given that Arkham seems to be a revolving door for the criminally insane who immediately escape and kills dozens of people after they are incarcerated there, moving those people to a more secure facility sounds like a really good idea.

i think the comics it was better the criminals didn't go back to their cells , they geniuenely just , stopped when they realized that nightwing has died , they were shocked as to what has happened/showed some respect to his death , rather than superman just saying "GO BACK TO THE CELLS!"

Batman’s emotions weren’t in control, it’s understandable. Had he told Damien that “this is what happens when we kill. We lose restraint and control, and we hurt who we care about”, things might’ve been different.
