Dermatology: skin, hairs and nails. Aesthetic (botox, fillers) & Cosmetology: Beautification, anti ageing. Most common problems: acne, hair fall, enhancement of features. Acne: diet (sugar consumption, bakery item, processed food, packaged food, makeup, sponges, new products, scalp hygiene, pillow covers. Types of acne’s: Blackheads/ whiteheads, puss filled, nodules or cyst combo. Otherwise, cosmetic, rosasia combo, steroids, hormonal acne. Basic skin care routine( gender neutral): face wash twice a day, lock the skin layer by moisturizer, protection by sunblock. Products: gentle facewash foaming facewash, dry skin creamy facewash, dehydrated skin ceramide base. Cetaphil: a mild cleanser, neither make it oily nor dry. It is famous because it balances. Sunscreen: check spf (30+, Pa: +++), oil skin: gel based mosituriser, dry: creamy. Serums with active ingredients don’t apply after layers because it won’t penetrate. And use serums only for skin concerns. Use them for 5 to 6 months for best results. Dry skin: hyaluronic acid, med: vitamin C, niacinamide for blemishes. Skin brightening serums really works: active ingredients alpha & Beta hydroxy acid; shed off skin layer. Treatments for skin brightening: glycolic acid, glutathione ( a powerful antioxidant, in history liver sorosis was treated by it. It’s a side effect that it lightens skin). Remove makeup perfectly and wash your sponges and brushes regularly. Before applying makeup, moisturize your skin and then primer so it won’t absorb. Pores on face is normal but it shows that the person has acne prone skin. Facials: Hyra for exfoliation, photo facial is light therapy for glow, q switch or carbon or black doll facial is for pigmentation or glow. Costly facial: 24 carat gold. Naturally healthy glowing skin as a diet: indian diet is a complete diet in itself. In addition, you should avoid more milk products, non veg food, refined oil or flour, processed or packaged food. Bread is all maida. No to sugar (slow poison). When you consume sugar, your healthy proteins like collagen start breaking down nd restructure (glycation process), inflammation, aging due to sugar consumption. Dairy products: no. Eat makhana for calcium. Xhaach and dahi is okay. Mustard oil or ghee for cooking. Alcohol will dry your skin and can burn even. Icing is good if you don’t have any skin disease like rosacea and all. Drink water but just to maintain hydration. Detox body in form of sweating urine and poop. Drink water according to the activities you indulge in. Just check the color of urine, if its lemon yellow not pale then you should drink and on an average 3 to 4 litres.
