Had a nice conversation with Emma about her competitive history and how bright her future is in the sport. At 19 she competed in 3 age group divisions and her final age year she decided to compete as an individual instead. Last year she was 2nd. She talks about how the pressure that comes with that.

I’ve loved seeing Emma be so real. As a past CF Kids coach and mum of now 3 girls, i hope she keeps finding the fun. CrossFit ‘Games’… enjoy playing. You can see she’s been brought up with all the positives from the methodology. Well done to her family.. thank you Dave, I’ve watched every interview, it definitely has been great!

The youngest athlete to compete at Semifinals was Reese Littlewood (17) who is coached by John Warnek. They’re not technically a part of the Training think tank camp but they have visited, trained with us, and very much considered TTT family!
  • Good for Dave to talk to the athletes and get to know them. And as for Emma - always great and fun. Stay free of injuries, Emma!!!

Emma, you are amazing, no matter what! 🩷
  • Each new video has me rooting for a new athlete. Love that this sport is filled with such great people!
  • I've listened to every songle interview and this one is my favorite. You did an amazing job interviewing since you actually helped her to think of the games as fun instead of focusing on the expectations. I hope she brings that mentality to the games.

Emma - You a worthy - just as you are! You are more than a placement on the leaderboard. I hope you are getting the help & time you need to work through your mental struggles to find what you love about you, as a person and not the athlete.
